Chart Reviewer (Part Time)

Part TimePart time.
Five or more years of active experience as an RN or other clinical specialist.
Clinical experience in Vascular Medicine/Surgery with strong background in medical terminology or chart review.
Broad based experience using analytical skills, computer software applications, familiarity with medical records.
The CV Chart Reviewer is responsible to the Executive Director of Cardiac and Vascular Services and is responsible for chart review and other methods for the collection of data specific to CV services potentially including stroke and heart failure.
Provides internal consulting to those departments involved in tracking, coordinating, and monitoring CV data collection to measure outcomes.
Reviews and collects data from medical records and other documents, as required, and compares them against predetermined quality and national indicators to provide staff support for the quality assurance functions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
