Our office is located in Lewes, DE.
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30 Evenings & Saturdays by appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet

## Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Lewes, DE is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jeanine O''Donnell - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
## Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
Valuable experience
## Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
People-oriented
Organizational skills
Self-motivated
Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Position may require travel
Position may require irregular working hours
