The ICU is a 20 bed unit with a mix of Med/Surg ICU patients including hearts. Their Average Daily Census (ADC) averages 11 can flux up quickly into the high teens. The
position
also covers their Vascular Access Team
The unit has 53 FTE's and Charge RN's
The candidate must be an RN and have licensure in
delaware
. Bachelor's preparation is HIGHLY preferred however a seasoned leader is the first priority.
They must have clinical expertise in Critical Care/ ICU
The main focus will be on unit operations to include: Staffing/Scheduling Conflict resolution Visibility and availability Staff Relations
We need someone with strong communication skills, honest, direct but also politically savvy with the ability to speak up.
This is a minimum of a 3 month assignment.
