Summary:
The Value-Based Care Analytics Coordinator will oversee business and data analytics project management for the payer-provider partnership at Beebe Medical Group & Beebe Healthcare.
Collaborating closely with the payer partner, the coordinator will design and develop reporting dashboards that leverage multi-source payer and provider data to inform strategy, operations, and clinical initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Population Health Officer ( ), the VBC Data Analytics Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify and/or evaluate interventions or program changes to improve patient quality, outcomes, and impact.
This position is responsible for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of data delivered in coordination with the organization's data governance.
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing the informatics architecture to ensure integration amongst systems and data sources.
Responsibilities:
o The VBC Analytics Coordinator will oversee project management for business and data analysis, analytics, and reporting for a payer-provider partnership.
o In close partnership with payer partners, care coordination, and others, the VBC analytics coordinator will design, develop, and optimize reporting dashboards that leverage multi-source payer and provider data to guide strategy, operations, and clinical initiatives.
o The VBC Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing data to identify and/or evaluate interventions or program changes, along with the manager of care coordination to improve quality, outcomes, and impact costs for the payer populations.
o Responsible for accuracy, quality, and timeliness of data and analytics.
o Will follow, guide, and recommend modifications to data governance for the organization.
o Will work with other stakeholders to develop presentations of information for internal and external stakeholders o Ensures that monthly and quarterly reports are prepared and delivered on a timely basis o Ensures compliance with corporate policies, HIPAA, ACO partnership, HEDIS measurement, and regulations.
o Analyzes and reports results to cross-functional teams to help shape clinical and business initiatives o Will collaborate with HIM Senior Auditor/Educator for Coding and CDI education and promote clinical/physician education as necessary o Responsibilities include collecting, scrubbing, and summarizing operational data for use by the care coordination team to drive decision-making.
o Manage and satisfy CMS and internal reporting requirements as needed.
o Will promote Beebe Healthcare's Population Health goals of quintuplet aim.
o Other job duties as assigned.
Other information:
Education & Experience o Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or advanced nursing degree (Masters, PhD).
o 5-7 years of work experience in business or data analytics, data management and analysis, or business intelligence in managed care or healthcare organizations, preferably supporting population management programs or value-based care initiatives.
Skills o Ability to analyze data and then convey findings verbally and in writing in an effective manner.
o Skilled in healthcare payer data model, data governance, data quality, and data management to measure the impact of activity on key performance and quality metrics to optimize processes and forecast future outcomes.
o High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
o Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and programs o Ability to work with teams to identify and implement processes and workflows o Experience using different EHRs and business analytics platforms.
