Responsibilities:
o Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
o Help with measuring, mixing, and baking ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
o Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative pastry creations.
o Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
o Collaborate with fellow Talon Tribe members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred, but we welcome passionate newcomers as well.
o Basic understanding of pastry techniques, ingredient handling, and baking equipment.
o A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing pastries.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
